Dr. Logan Kanode, PT, DPT, CWC is the co-owner and founder of Physical Therapy Care, LLC. He graduated from Loma Linda University, located in the greater Los Angeles area in southern California. He has been practicing physical therapy as a licensed board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2012.
Dr. Kanode delivers great service which he defines as taking time to listen to each patient in order to focus on what they need to develop successful treatment plans. Dr. Kanode believes there is no substitute for hands-on therapy (manual therapy) and a custom treatment approach. He places a high value on a hands-on treatment approach along with patient specific therapeutic exercises which he believes yields better results.
In addition to having earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Dr. Kanode is also a Certified Wellness Coach.
Dr. Kanode has experience in a variety of settings including: Out Patient Orthopedics, Home Health Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Senior Living Facilities, and Hospital setting.
He takes personal interest in his patients to take care of them and get them well. Dr. Kanode strives to improve his patients’ performance by evaluating and using evidence to treat them along with leading healthcare technology. In his free time Dr. Kanode enjoys a variety of activities including, running, hiking and going on leisure walks with his family.
Dr. Monique Starke, PT, DPT graduated from Florida State University with her undergraduate in Exercise Science. She went on to graduate school at MCPHS University in Worcester, MA to achieve her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. Before settling in Clovis, Monique worked as a travel therapist for over a year, gaining valuable experience in a variety of settings such as at a hospital, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient clinic. She continues to expand her knowledge on musculoskeletal, neurological, and post operative conditions through taking continuing education courses so she can provide optimal, evidence-based treatment. Monique's goal is to provide the best individualized care for each patient based on their personal needs and goals.
Outside of the clinic, Monique's interests include traveling, exercising, art, and spending time with her puppy.
Luciano Rodriguez, PTA, is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He graduated from San Juan College in Farmington and has been a practicing Physical Therapist Assistant since 2017. Luciano has experience in a wide variety of the patient population with knowledge and skills in treating those who have low back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, orthopedic injuries, general surgical conditions, motor vehicle accidents etc. Luciano is most passionate about returning his patients to their prior activities, and in particular those who are returning athletes in their respective sports. Outside of work Luciano competes in sports himself and enjoys working out, snowboarding, being outdoors and traveling.
Brittni Page, PTA, is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from Clovis, NM. She is a 2018 Clovis Community College graduate, with an Associates degree in Applied Science and another in General Studies, both with Honors. She is also a certified healthcare assistant and has experience in the treatment of wound care. She has experience with hands on techniques such as manual therapy and joint mobilizations, and the guidance of patients during therapeutic activity and neuromuscular re-education.
Her passion in the field is seeing the patients expression as they begin to notice improvement in their health. Knowing that she is a part of that improvement is the reward in her career. Her motivation to becoming a therapist is to help others physically feel better and to be able to return to doing the things they love the most. Her take on therapy is that when the patients succeed, she has also succeeded. She enjoys spending time with family, writing music, and humoring others to brighten their day.
Sandy Mojica, PTA, has a great passion for healing people who have been through traumatic, stressful, or painful experiences and bringing spark back into their lives with specific treatments to relieve pain and restore their routines of daily life. She knows that no single approach is suited for everyone, and therefore she has training in a range of modalities including manual, soft tissue, and specific exercises tailored for patients' specific diagnoses and circumstances.
Her educational background includes a Physical Therapist Assistant Associates degree from Amarillo College and a Bachelors Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Tx. She was born and raised in Muleshoe, Tx and enjoys helping people as well as spending time with her three children.

By profession Kay is a trained nurse. Having graduated with a nursing degree from the prestigious KSN in southern India, Kay has worked in a variety of settings including Pediatrics ICU, Out-Patient, Medical ICU and emergency room. In addition to her nursing background, Kay also has a background in business administration and management. Kay prides herself in her ability to help others reach their highest potential. Outside of office management Kay enjoys several recreational activities including art, music and spending time with her family.
