Dr. Logan Kanode, PT, DPT, CWC  is the owner and founder of Physical Therapy Care, LLC. He graduated from Loma Linda University, located in the greater Los Angeles area in southern California. He has been practicing physical therapy as a licensed board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2012. 

Dr. Kanode delivers great service which he defines as taking time to listen to each patient in order to focus on what they need to develop successful treatment plans. Dr. Kanode believes there is no substitute for hands-on therapy (manual therapy) and a custom treatment approach. He places a high value on a hands-on treatment approach along with patient specific therapeutic exercises which he believes yields better results.  

     In addition to having earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Dr. Kanode is also a Certified Wellness Coach. 

Dr. Kanode has experience in a variety of settings including: Out Patient Orthopedics, Home Health Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Senior Living Facilities, and Hospital setting.

He takes personal interest in his patients to take care of them and get them well.  Dr. Kanode strives to improve his patients’ performance by evaluating and using evidence to treat them along with leading healthcare technology. In his free time Dr. Kanode enjoys a variety of activities including, running, hiking and going on leisure walks with his family.

Dr. Christina NeSmith, PT, DPT, is a licensed board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy. She was born and raised outside the DFW area in Texas. She received her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in May of 2021. She has experience working in a variety of settings such as pediatrics, outpatient orthopedics, and skilled nursing facilities. She uses a variety of approaches tailored to each individual patient to help them achieve their desired goals from creating fun games for children to challenging athletes and patient neurological functions. In her free time, Dr. NeSmith enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, traveling, reading, and cooking.

Dr. Lanre Oladipupo, PT, DPT, I am licensed board certified Doctor of Physical Therapy. I am from Lagos Nigeria, I received my doctorate degree in physical therapy from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania in April of 2021. I have experiences working and completing clinical hours in variety of clinical settings include inpatient rehab facilities that specialized in Stroke Rehab, Brain injury and various other neuromuscular disorders. I also have experience working in outpatient sport medicine clinics working with individuals of different ages from children to older adults recovering from multiple musculoskeletal injuries using different approaches specific to the patient’s presentation including advanced manual therapy techniques. I strive to help my patients achieve their goals and help them in anyway I can to return to the things they enjoy doing without limitations using evidence based practices. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy cooking, running, writing, traveling, playing soccer and video games.

Luciano Rodriguez, PTA, is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He graduated from San Juan College in Farmington and has been a practicing Physical Therapist Assistant since 2017. Luciano has experience in a wide variety of the patient population with knowledge and skills in treating those who have low back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, orthopedic injuries, general surgical conditions, motor vehicle accidents etc. Luciano is most passionate about returning his patients to their prior activities, and in particular those who are returning athletes in their respective sports. Outside of work Luciano competes in sports himself and enjoys working out, snowboarding, being outdoors and traveling.

Karen Horner, Lead Receptionist

By profession Kay is a trained nurse. Having graduated with a nursing degree from the prestigious KSN in southern India, Kay has worked in a variety of settings including Pediatrics ICU, Out-Patient, Medical ICU and emergency room. In addition to her nursing background, Kay also has a background in business administration and management. Kay prides herself in her ability to help others reach their highest potential. Outside of office management Kay enjoys several recreational activities including art, music and spending time with her family.

Kristen Davis, PTA, originally from Broken Bow, OK. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from
Southern Arkansas University before moving to Bossier City, LA where I earned a Physical
Therapist Assistant license from Bossier Parish Community College in 2021. I have mostly
practiced in Acute Care but have always enjoyed being in an outpatient setting where I am able
to make strong connections with my patients and see long term progress being made. I have a
strong passion for working with patients who have neurological conditions and getting people
back to their hobbies. In my free time I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, cooking, working out
and reading.

Kylie Fine, PTA, is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from Dayton, OH. She received her PTA license from Sinclair Community College in Dayton and has been practicing as a PTA since 2020. She has a wide variety of knowledge in various conditions and populations; however, she is most passionate about the geriatric population, specifically stroke rehab. She started her career in the Skilled Nursing setting but thinks it’s important to be a well-rounded therapist and work in a variety of settings. She chose to become a PTA because she loves helping people and knows how difficult it is when patients are unable to perform the activities they enjoy. When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys playing softball, disc golf, hiking, watching movies, and randomly bursting out in song/dance for anyone around.
